Within my audits I will carry out a comprehensive assessment of the physical premises of a business and the environment within which they are situated. I will use my 20 years’ experience as a wheelchair user and knowledge gained through my Access audit qualifications, to give a honest look from an actual users perspective. I can also integrate various aspects of how to improve customer service regarding service dogs, your legal obligations regarding service dogs. Along with what you as a business can expect from a service dog such as behaviour.

All I ask is that any expenses e.g. travel, entrance ticket, meals etc are complementary for myself and a carer. If you're happy with my work you're invited to donate (below) to allow me to continue my work.

Following the audit, I can produce a comprehensive report which can either be printed or emailed. This will outline what has been assessed, my findings and recommendations to improve accessibility.

This can be emailed free or an additional cost for a printed version. 

All I ask is for a donation towards my time as this report can be timely.
